방글라데시 적하목록 사전신고제 시행안내

세계 무역기구의 무역 촉진 협정에 따라, 방글라데시 (NBR)의 National Board of Revenue는 2019 년 7 월 1 일부터 모든 수입화물에 대하여 적하목록 사전신고제를 Pre-Arrival Processing (PAP)을 시행을 도입합니다.
2019 년 7 월 1 일 이후부터 모든 운송 업체는 마지막 기항 포트 (An-nex -1)에서 항해하기 24 시간 전에 Import Manifest를 완료해야합니다.
방글라데시의 사전신고제 시행에 따라, 한국발 화물의 비엘 정정 가능 시간이 마지막 기항 포트 접안 전 72시간으로 재조정될 것이며, 이 후의 비엘 정정 및 이후 도착지 세관 정정의 프로세스에는 변경이 없을 것으로 예상됩니다. 방글라데시 세관의 강력한 세관 정책에 따라, 신고 후 세관 정정은 많은 어려움과 비용이 소요하는 바, 미리 내용을 숙지 하시기를 당부 드립니다.

Dear Valued Customer,
In accordance with World Trade Organization’s Trade Facilitation Agreement, National Board of Revenue, Bangladesh (NBR) is going to implement Pre-Arrival Processing (PAP) from July 01, 2019.
Aligning with the project, from July 01, 2019 and onwards, all carriers must have to submit the Import Manifest 24 hours prior the vessel sailing from last calling port (Annex -1).
For accurate and on time manifestation - we seek your utmost co-operation to submit Shipping Instruction (SI) for your shipment within gate-in date at port of origin.
