Ukraine Customs Manifest – 우크라이나 수입 신고 안내
고객 제위,
우크라이나 세관(Fiscal Service of Ukraine)에서는 2019년 5월 20일부터 모든 수입/환적 화물의 Entry Summary Declaration을 새로운 세관 포탈 서비스로 접수 받기로 하였습니다.
이로 인하여, 2019년 5월 20일부터는 모든 우크라이나에서 환적하거나 수입되는 모든 화물은 반드시 화물의 도착 전에 우크라이나 세관에 신고가 되어야 합니다.
상기 신고를 위해서 필수적으로 선적 서류에 제출되어야 하는 내역은 아래와 같습니다.
• HS CODE
HS CODE 6자리는 필수입니다. 4자리의 HS CODE는 추후 오류나 접수 불가 통보를 받을 수 있습니다.
• Parties
필수로 Shipper와 Consignee의 전체 주소를 기입해 주셔야 하며, 만약 Consignee가 ”To Order”일 경우에는 Consignee와 Notify Party는 전체 주소를 기입해 주시기 바랍니다.
• Cargo Description
내품에 대한 설명은 충분하고 명확해야 합니다.
• Number of Package
Number of Package는 반드시 Shipper에게서 제공된 숫자대로 이루어져야 합니다.
• Weight
Container Weight는 반드시 컨테이너 당으로 제출되어야 합니다.

Dear Valued Customer,
The Ukrainian Customs Authorities (Fiscal Service of Ukraine) announced implementation of new customs portal for receiving preliminarily Entry Summary Declaration for manifesting all cargo in and via Ukraine.
On May 20th the rules will take effect for all Import and Transhipment cargo to/via Ukraine. As a result all Import and transhipment cargo must be manifested and submitted to Ukraine customs before cargo arrival.
Below data will be mandatory and Shipping Instructions will be rejected if required data missed:
• HS Codes
HS 6-code is mandatory. This is HS6 and nothing less - HS4 codes will cause error and rejection.
• Parties
Mandatory: Shipper and consignee - and/or 1st notify party - in case of 'to order' consignee notify party is mandatory. Full name and address are required
• Cargo Description
Cargo description must be explicit and clear.
• Number of Packages
Number of packages must be displayed in manifest as provided by shipper
• Weight
Container weight must be displayed per container
