Congestion Fee starts at US West Port

As advised, the congestion of Port of Angeles has been getting worse as time goes by.
All of sudden, Today (Oct 9, 2014), many of container drayage companies notified us that they will apply Port Congestion Fee of $100 to $150 to compensate their waiting time at the port.
The actual charge amount will vary depending on the companies, but they are in effect immediately, and also, some companies may charge waiting time separately.
The charge needs to be guaranteed to the trucking company prior to handling, so please inform to customers.

미 서부 Container Drayage 회사의 항만 혼잡세 부과 통보
그간 알려드린 것처럼 미 서부 항만의 적재상황이 계속해서 심각해지자, 금일 많은 container drayage 회사들이 부두 혼잡세 청구하겠다는 공문을 보내왔습니다 (첨부).
항구에서 기다려야 하는 시간을 만회하기 위해 컨테이너당 부두 혼잡세를 100불에서 150불 청구하겠다는 것이며 일부 트럭커들은 waiting charge를 별도로 청구하겠다고도 합니다.
트럭회사에서는 이러한 비용이 발생할 경우에는, 지불에 대한 약속이 있어야 진행을 하겠다고 강경한 입장이오니,
고객사에 상황을 전달 공유가 필요할 것으므로 보입니다.
